Québec Without Borders

The Québec Without Borders Program (QSF) provides international solidarity internships for Quebecers between the ages of 18 and 35. The MRIFCE funds and coordinates the Québec Without Borders Program in collaboration with the Québec Association of International Cooperation Organizations (AQOCI). Member agencies of AQOCI are responsible for project planning and organization.

Group internships lasting 60 to 75 days take place in a country in Francophone Africa, Latin America or the Antilles. They are open to students as well as individuals who are already on the job market, making a career change or seeking employment. Young people between the ages of 18 and 35 are given an opportunity to hone their personal and professional skills by participating in tangible projects in a broad range of fields (community health, education, environment, solidary economy, communication and more).

Some specialized internships may even carry college or university credit. Young people are able to participate as interns or guides. When they return, they can do an internship at an international solidarity organization in Québec.
