Québec present at the Study Abroad Events of Champlain College
On September 24th, the Québec Delegate to New England, Mrs. France Dionne, gave a presentation to students and professors of Champlain College (Burlington, Vermont).
The theme of the conference was on Québec and its main sectors of excellence and on cross border economy. This conference was the starting point of a two-day program organized by Champlain College which aimed to inform their students about the possibilities to study and work abroad, notably in Québec.
The Delegate also attended a meeting with representatives of Champlain College and from the political and business sectors of Burlington. This meeting dealt with various issues such as students exchange programs, visas for those wishing to study or to do an internship in Québec and collaboration between chambers of commerce from Vermont and Québec.
The next day, Québec was also present at the Study Abroad Fair of Champlain College, where a representative of the Québec Government Office informed the students about the opportunities of studying in Québec.
